    Step 1: Registration

    Samoan applicants must:

    1. Register first with the District office (Fono Fa’avae)

    2. Visit our office at Fugalei behind Farmer Joe car park and fill out the registration form.

    3. Have a valid passport and contact details

    4. State your referral.

    Asia Pacific, New Zealand, and Australia applicants must:

    1. Fill out the registration form.

    2. Have a valid passport and contact details

    Step 2: Approval

    1. Our team will contact you when your application is being assessed.

    2. Successful applicants must provide the following documents to start the application:

    Samoan applicants:

    → Passport, Birth certificate, Medical clearance, NPF statement, Police report, Mayor’s letter and Pastor’s letter.

    Asia Pacific, New Zealand, and Australia applicants:

    → Passport, medical records, police report, CV [referee]

    3.The visa process starts for successful applicants.

    Step 3: Pre-departure Briefings

    Following visa approval, successful applicants will participate in comprehensive training to facilitate a smooth transition into their roles. Contract signing and other briefings will then commence.

    1. Fitness training

    2. Workplace training

    3. Pre-departure depatures trainings

    4. Forms, consent, and contract signing.

    Step 4: Flights

    Our team will assist you at the airport to help with check-in and answer any last-minute questions before your trip to Australia.

    Step 5: Onboarding

    Our Australian team will support you upon your arrival by helping you set up:

    →bank accounts,

    →SIM cards,

    →organize insurance and superannuation, TFN,

    →conduct workplace inductions,

    →offer arrival briefings,

    →and deliver educational programs for workers.
