The initial lease is for a minimum of six (6) months. After this period, your tenancy automatically converts to a flexible month-to-month agreement.

Rent is required in advance every Monday. All payments must be made via bank transfer directly to the Blazing Labour account.

Strictly no. To protect the security and comfort of all residents, overnight guests are never permitted. Breaching this policy is grounds for immediate lease termination.

No smoking and no consumption of alcohol are permitted inside the premises at any time.

Either party can terminate the agreement by providing 30 days’ written notice.

Blazing Labour manages all major property repairs. However, if a repair is needed due to your direct actions, negligence, or misuse, you will be financially responsible for fixing the damages.
